• Civil Engineering Technician degree from Skagit Valley College in 1983
• 31 years of experience in all aspects of the septic industry since 1983
• Gudmunson Septic, Inc. is a member of Washington On-site Septic Systems Association (WOSSA)
• Designated Review Agent for septic permits submitted to the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community

• Served on the Skagit Self-Help Housing board, 4 years, President 1 year.
• Served on the Heather Village Christian Retirement Community board as Treasurer, 6 years.
• Served on the Bargains Galore Thrift Store board and executive committee, 3 years.

• 2014 Recipient of the Northwest Interscholastic Activities Association Dave Duvall Meritorious Award, in recognition of outstanding contributions of time and effort to promote extracurricular activities within Northwest District One.
